Magna Bank became a publicly held company in January 2000, upon the completion of its secondary common equity offering. On May 14, 2007, the shareholders of 1st Trust Bank agreed to change the name of the institution to Magna Bank. All issued 1st Trust Stock Certificates remain valid even though we have a new corporate name. Magna Bank common stock is not listed on an established stock exchange or traded in the over-the-counter market.
